วันที่ 26 เมษายน 2566 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ในหัวข้อ “Building A Growth Mindset for AHS NU support team”ณ ห้องประชุม 1 อาคารบริหารและบริการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ นพ.ยุทธพงศ์ พุทธรักษา ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการพิเศษและสื่อสารองค์กร คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เป็นวิทยากร

กิจกรรมภายในงานนอกจากบรรยาย ยังมีกิจกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างวิทยากรและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนแต่ฝ่าย คณะให้ความสำคัญกับ Growth Mindset เนื่องจากเป็นคุณสมบัติที่ทุกคนจำเป็นต้องมี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้นำองค์กร หัวหน้างานหรือผู้นำโครงการต่างๆ การมี Growth Mindset จะทำให้บุคคลนั้นกล้าที่จะผ่าฟันเรื่องยาก และปรับเปลี่ยนปัญหาหรืออุปสรรรคที่พบเป็นโอกาสที่จะพัฒนาตนเอง

On April 26, 2023, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University organized a staff development activity on “Building A Growth Mindset for AHS NU support team” at Meeting Room 1, the Administration and Service Building. The event was honored by Assistant Professor Yuthapong Buddharaksa,M.D., from faculty of Medicine at Naresuan University, as a speaker.

In addition to the lecture, the activity also included a knowledge exchange session among support staff. The faculty emphasized the importance of a growth mindset as a crucial attribute that everyone needs, regardless of whether they are organizational leaders, team leaders, or project leaders. Having a growth mindset will empower individuals to tackle difficult issues and turn challenges or obstacles into opportunities for personal development.
