พิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOA) ระหว่างฝ่ายมาตรวิทยาเคมีและชีวภาพ สถาบันมาตรวิทยาแห่งชาติ กับ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร
เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2566 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศุภวิทู สุขเพ็ง คณบดีคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ คุณอนุสรณ์ ทนหมื่นไวย รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันมาตรวิทยาแห่งชาติ และ ดร.จรัญ ยะฝา ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสถาบันมาตรวิทยาแห่งชาติ พร้อมกับคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรของทั้งสองฝ่าย ได้ร่วมกันลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOA) ระหว่างฝ่ายมาตรวิทยาเคมีและชีวภาพ สถาบันมาตรวิทยาแห่งชาติ กับ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ณ อาคารมาตรธำรง สถาบันมาตรวิทยาแห่งชาติ จังหวัดปทุมธานี
สาระสำคัญของ MOA ฉบับนี้คือการร่วมกันพัฒนาการผลิตวัสดุอ้างอิง และทดสอบคุณสมบัติของวัสดุอ้างอิง ให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล เทียบเท่าวัสดุนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศและนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในระบบโครงสร้างคุณภาพของประเทศ (National Quality Infrastructure System, NQIS) โดยใช้องค์ความรู้ทางด้านมาตรวิทยา ร่วมกับความรู้ทางห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์
การลงนาม MOA ในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีในการร่วมกันพัฒนาคุณภาพของระบบสาธารณสุขไทย และในโอกาสนี้ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้พูดคุยกันถึงการขยายความร่วมมือในส่วนงานวิชาการ และการพัฒนาบุคลากร รวมถึงการทำงานวิจัยทางด้านสหเวชศาสตร์ในอนาคต

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on academic collaboration between the Department of Chemistry Metrology and Biometry, National Institute of Metrology, and the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University
On June 30, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, Mr. Anusorn Tonmuanwai, Deputy Director of the National Institute of Metrology, and Dr. Charun Yafa, Assistant Director of the National Institute of Metrology, along with the management and staff from both parties, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on academic collaboration between the Department of Chemistry Metrology and Biometry, National Institute of Metrology, and the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, at Phadung-matra Building, National Institute of Metrology, Pathum Thani Province.
The key essence of this MOA is to collaborate in the development of reference materials and testing the properties of reference materials to meet international standards, equivalent to imported materials, and to benefit the quality infrastructure system of the country (National Quality Infrastructure System, NQIS). This collaboration utilizes knowledge in metrology and medical laboratory practices.
The signing of this MOA marks a good starting point for collaborative efforts to enhance the quality of the Thai healthcare system. During this occasion, both parties also discussed expanding cooperation in academic activities, personnel development, and future research in the field of health sciences technology.
