วันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2566 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมอบรมพัฒนาบุคลากร “สื่อให้ได้งาน ประสานให้ได้ใจ” วิทยากรโดย คุณสุทธิณีย์ ฉัตรยาลักษณ์ หัวหน้างานพัฒนานักศึกษาสู่สากลและแนะแนว กองพัฒนานักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ณ ห้อง 3404 ชั้น 4 อาคารปฏิบัติการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์

คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ ให้ความสำคัญกับทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร เพราะการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีประสิทธิภาพจะทำให้บุคลากรในองค์กรเข้าใจสารในทิศทางเดียวกัน นอกจากนี้การสื่อสารที่ดียังช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงานที่ดีร่วมกัน กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นในรูปแบบกิจกรรมกลุ่มที่ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมอง แนวคิด และประสบการณ์ด้านการสื่อสารที่พบจริงในชีวิตประจำวัน โดยมีบุคลากรทั้งภายในและภายนอกคณะให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเป็นจำนวนมาก

The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, aims to enhance communication skills among its personnel with the focus on “Effective Communication for Successful Collaboration.”

On August 25, 2023, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University organized a training program for staff development titled “Effective Communication for Successful Collaboration.” The workshop was conducted by Ms. Sutthinee Chatyalak, Head of Student Globalization and Guidance Division, Chiang Mai University, held in Room 3404, 4th Floor, Laboratory Building, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences.

The faculty places significant importance on communication skills, as effective and efficient communication ensures a shared understanding among personnel within the organization. Furthermore, effective communication contributes to fostering a positive collaborative work environment. This event took the form of group activities, allowing participants to exchange perspectives, ideas, and real-life experiences related to communication. Staff members both from within the faculty and external to it showed substantial interest in participating in this activity.
