กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพอาจารย์ด้านหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน
วันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2566 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพอาจารย์ด้านหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเข้าสู่ Outcome-Based Education เชื่อมโยงกับความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย” วิทยากรโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ผกาภรณ์ พู่เจริญ อาจารย์ประจำคณะกายภาพบำบัด มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ณ ห้องประชุม 1 ชั้น 2 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์
กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้คณาจารย์ได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิด และวิธีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้เข้าสู่ Outcome-Based Education ที่จะเชื่อมโยงกับความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ซึ่งจะทำให้หลักสูตรสามารถค้นหาความคาดหวัง หรือความต้องการจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อหลักสูตร เพื่อนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาจัดทำหลักสูตร และจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ได้ชัดเจนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม นอกจากนี้ยังเปิดเวทีในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างวิทยากรและคณาจารย์ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
คณะหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่ากิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จะช่วยให้อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในแนวคิดดังกล่าว และมีความพร้อมที่จะปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้เป็นไปตาม Outcome-based Education

[AHS-News Update]
On November 20, 2023, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University organized an event to enhance the capabilities of curriculum and teaching faculty. The practical training session focused on “Developing Curricula towards Outcome-Based Education Aligned with Stakeholder Needs,” with Assistant Professor Pakaporn Phucharoen, a faculty member in The Faculty of Physical Therapy, Srinakharinwirot University, as the speaker. The event took place in Meeting Room 1 on the second floor of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences.
The purpose of this activity was to provide educators with insights and practical methods for developing curricula that align with Outcome-Based Education and meet the needs of stakeholders. This approach enables curriculum development that seeks expectations and requirements from stakeholders, allowing for the creation and management of education programs that clearly emphasize results in a fair manner. Additionally, the event provided a platform for knowledge exchange between speakers and participating faculty members.
The faculty hopes that this event will empower curriculum leaders to gain knowledge and understanding of the mentioned concepts, fostering readiness to enhance curricula in accordance with Outcome-Based Education principles.
