กิจกรรมอบรมการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจสำหรับคลินิกให้บริการสุขภาพทางสหเวชศาสตร์

วันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2567 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมอบรมการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจสำหรับคลินิกให้บริการสุขภาพทางสหเวชศาสตร์ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.มาร์ฎา ชยทัตโต ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์ และอาจารย์คณะบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์และการสื่อสาร พร้อมด้วยอาจารย์บุณย์สุภางค์ สุวรรณธเนศ ที่ปรึกษาด้านธุรกิจและการบริหารจัดการ เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยาย ณ ห้องประชุม 3 ชั้น 2 อาคารบริหารและบริการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ โดยมีผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่แต่ละภาควิชาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าว

การจัดกิจกรรมอบรมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างทักษะและความรู้ให้กับบุคลากรคณะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคลินิกด้านสุขภาพทางสหเวชศาสตร์ ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักการและขั้นตอนการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจ การวิเคราะห์ตลาด กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด และการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจ เพื่อสนับสนุนให้เกิดคลินิกสหเวชศาสตร์ที่มีคุณภาพมาตรฐาน โดยกิจกรรมอบรมนี้ยังสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยที่มุ่งเน้นส่งเสริมให้มีคณะเกิดหน่วยธุรกิจย่อย (business unit) เพื่อตอบสนองต่อวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นสังคมของผู้ประกอบการ

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences Hosts Business Plan Training for Allied Health Sciences Clinics
On May 8, 2024, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University organized a business plan training workshop for allied health sciences clinics. The event was graced by Dr. Mada Chayathatto, Assistant To The President For Strategic Planning, and lecturers from the Faculty of Business Administration, Economics and Communication, along with Ms. Bunsuphang Suwanthanet, a business and management consultant, as speakers. The workshop was held in Meeting Room 3, Floor 2,Administration and Service Building, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. Participants included administrators, faculty members, and staff from each department.

The training workshop aimed to equip allied health professionals involved in allied health clinics with the knowledge and skills to understand the principles and steps of business plan development, market analysis, marketing strategies, and business management. This support will lead to the establishment of quality allied health clinics. The workshop aligns with the university’s policy of promoting the establishment of business units within faculties to support the university’s vision of becoming a society of entrepreneurs.
