กิจกรรมอบรมพัฒนาบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน “Smart Officers with Smart AI”

วันที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมอบรมพัฒนาบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ในหัวข้อเรื่อง “Smart Officers with Smart AI” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กิตติพงษ์ สุวรรณราช อาจารย์ประจำคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม ณ ห้องประชุม 1 ชั้น 2 อาคารบริหารและบริการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ โดยมีบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนทั้งภายในและภายนอกคณะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ หรือ AI ให้แก่บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนของคณะ เปิดมุมมองและเห็นประโยชน์ในการนำ AI มาใช้ในหลายๆ ด้าน เช่น การใช้ AI ในการช่วยร่างหนังสือ หรือเอกสารต่างๆ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ความคิดเห็น การช่วยในการถอดคลิปประชุม หรือการสร้างสื่อต่างๆ ซึ่งจะช่วยในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานที่ซับซ้อน รวมถึงการสร้างเครื่องมือที่จะช่วยให้บุคลากรทำงานได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ

กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการบรรยายจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มาแชร์ความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้ AI รวมถึงฝึกปฏิบัติการใช้งาน AI จริง เช่น การฝึก prompt คำสั่งในการใช้ AI ช่วยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การสร้าง chatbot ฯลฯ

คณะหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่ากิจกรรมในวันนี้จะช่วยให้บุคลากรภายในคณะได้เรียนรู้ และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในการทำงานอีกทั้งเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับบุคลากรในคณะสามารถรับมือกับความท้าทายใหม่ๆ และสามารถปรับตัวให้ทันกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

การเรียนรู้และการประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในงานประจำวันเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการพัฒนาองค์กรให้ทันสมัยและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในอนาคต คณะขอขอบคุณทุกท่านที่ให้ความสนใจและเข้าร่วมงานในครั้งนี้

[AHS-News Update] Training Activity for Support Personnel Development: “Smart Officers with Smart AI”
On February 21, 2025, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University organized a training event for support personnel under the topic “Smart Officers with Smart AI.” The event was honored by Assistant Professor Dr.Kittipong Suwannaraj, a lecturer from the Faculty of Science and Technology at Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, who was invited as the guest speaker. The training was held at Meeting Room 1, 2nd Floor, Administration and Service Building, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, with support personnel from both within and outside the faculty attending the session.
This event aimed to enhance the skills of the support personnel in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. It provided insights into how AI can be applied in various areas such as drafting documents, analyzing data and opinions, transcribing meeting clips, and creating various media. This will improve the efficiency of complex tasks and develop tools to help personnel work quickly and effectively.
The activity included lectures by expert speakers who shared knowledge and experiences regarding the application of AI, as well as practical training on using AI tools. The participants practiced tasks such as crafting prompts for AI commands, using AI to analyze data, and creating chatbots, among other activities.
The faculty hopes that today’s event will help support personnel learn and apply AI in their daily work. It also aims to prepare them to handle new challenges and adapt effectively to changes in the digital era.
Learning and applying AI in daily tasks is a significant step in modernizing the organization and responding to future stakeholder needs. The faculty would like to thank everyone for their interest and participation in this event.
