คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรม workshop การวิเคราะห์อัตรากำลังภาระงานของสายงานสนับสนุนวิชาการ โดยมี ดร. ชัชวาล อรวงศ์ศุภทัต ให้เกียรติเป็นวิทยากร ในช่วงระหว่างเดือน มิถุนายน ถึง สิงหาคม 2566 โดยบุคลากรของทุกหน่วยร่วมกันวิเคราะห์แจกแจงกิจกรรมงานภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบ เพื่อนำมาเขียนขั้นตอนการปฎิบัติงาน และประมาณการเวลาที่ต้องใช้ในแต่ละขั้นตอนเพื่อประกอบการประเมินค่า workload
ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์จะทำให้ทราบแน่ชัดถึงงานที่แต่ละหน่วยงานทำและทราบรายละเอียดของปริมาณและเวลาการทำงานของแต่ละงานในแต่ละขั้นตอน ที่สำคัญคือสามารถนำไปใช้ คำนวณภาระงาน และ headcount ในแต่ละหน่วย เพื่อประกอบการคำนวณอัตรากำลังและการเกลี่ยอัตรากำลังที่เหมาะสม
คณะขอขอบคุณบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนทุกท่าน ที่ให้ความร่วมมือ และจะนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางกรอบอัตรากำลังที่เหมาะสมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ต่อไป
The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University organized a workshop on analyzing workload based on job responsibilities in the academic support field. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Chatchavan Arwongsuphat during the period from June to August 2023. The personnel from all units collaborated to analyze and discuss work activities under their respective responsibilities, in order to develop work procedures and estimate the time required for each step, as well as to assess the workload.The obtained data provides clear insights into the tasks performed by the organization and the specific details regarding the quantity and duration of each task and its individual steps. Importantly, this information can be utilized to calculate workload and headcount within each unit, in order to accurately determine appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation.The faculty expresses gratitude to all supporting staff members for their collaboration, and the obtained data will be utilized for the benefit of determining appropriate staffing levels and enhancing efficiency in future operations of the faculty.
