วันที่ 27-28 พฤษภาคม 2567 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง Tips & Tricks การจดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา โดยได้รับเกียรติจากคุณณภาภัช ไชยทรัพย์อนันต์ นักวิชาการตรวจสอบสิทธิบัตรชำนาญการ คุณภัคสมัญญ์ จิตวิริยธรรม นักวิชาการตรวจสอบสิทธิบัตรปฏิบัติการ และคุณอัญญาวีร์ ปาริจกุล นักวิชาการตรวจสอบสิทธิบัตรปฏิบัติการ กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ณ ห้อง 3405/1 ชั้น 4 อาคารปฏิบัติการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

กิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้ประกอบไปด้วย การบรรยายการเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายสิทธิบัตร ความสามารถในการขอรับสิทธิบัตร ส่วนประกอบ คำขอรับสิทธิบัตร/อนุสิทธิบัตร และการนำไปใช้ประโยขน์ การสืบค้นและใช้งานฐานข้อมูลสิทธิบัตร นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมีโอกาสได้ Workshop เกี่วกับการเปรียบเทียบลักษณะทางเทคนิคของการประดิษฐ์และการร่างคำขอสิทธิบัตร/อนุสิทธิบัตร

คณะหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่ากิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จะช่วยให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเข้าใจหลักการ วิธีการเกี่ยวกับการจดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และสามารถนำองค์ความรู้เหล่านี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานต่อไป

Workshop on Tips & Tricks for Intellectual Property Registration at Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University
The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, organized a workshop on “Tips & Tricks for Intellectual Property Registration” on May 27-28, 2024. The workshop was honored by the presence of the expert patent examiners from the Department of Intellectual Property. The workshop was held in Room 3405/1, 4th Floor, Practice Building, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University.

The workshop covered a variety of topics related to intellectual property registration, including patent law, patentability, components of a patent application/petty patent application, utilization of patent applications/petty patent applications and searching and using patent databases. In addition to the lectures, participants also had the opportunity to participate in a workshop on comparing the technical features of inventions and drafting patent applications/petty patent applications.

The faculty hopes that this workshop will help participants understand the principles and methods of intellectual property registration and be able to apply this knowledge to their creative work.
